Terms and Conditions of the Program

1.The applicant's health is good.

2.The national ID must be valid.

3.Must have a valid driver's license.

4.Delivery by semi-transportation vehicles (single-door cars) is not accepted.

5.The age group must be between 18 years old and 60 years old.

6.The vehicle year of production must not be earlier than 2008.

7.The applicant must be the owner of the vehicle or authorized.

8.A financial guarantee should be provided.
